The Saville Capital Pre-IPO Fund (Fund) is an unregistered managed investment scheme that invests in high quality unlisted Australian companies that intend to apply for quotation on the ASX in the next six to 12 months.
Saville Capital Pty Ltd (the Manager) is a boutique funds management business solely owned by its Principal, Jonathan Collett. The Manager’s investment approach is both intuitive and adaptive, drawing on the skills and experience of its principal which have been developed during his extensive career at Goldman Sachs and Ord Minnett spent researching and analysing listed companies across a broad range of sectors. Jonathan is passionate about identifying superior investment opportunities to actively grow and protect investor’s capital. Accordingly, he is fully invested in the Fund. Jonathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
The Fund intends to build a portfolio of approximately 10 to 25 unlisted companies over the Investment Term. The Manager expects each investment to range in size from $250,000 to $2,500,000, with no investment exceeding 20% of Committed Capital (at cost). The Fund may hold its capital in cash or cash equivalents until suitable investments can be found.
The Offer is only open to persons who qualify as wholesale investors only. (as defined in section 761G(7) of the Act). The Fund will have an initial investment term of 5 years and may be extended for a further 2 years at the discretion of the manager.
One Funds Management Limited is the trustee of the Fund and members of the One Investment Group also act as registrar and administrator for the Fund.
