Trustee Services
At One Investment Group, we are authorised by our Australian Financial Services Licences, to act as Trustee to unregistered managed investment schemes
We currently provide independent trustee services to over 180 unregistered schemes, and can undertake the following activities:
- Producing offer documents
- Overseeing investment decisions
- Adhering to legislative and regulatory requirements
- Custody services
- Management of external service providers
- Scheme administration
- Fund and unit accounting
- Registry services
As the fund’s trustee, we would be responsible for the compliance and governance of the trust. We will ensure that the trust operates within the confines of its trust deed, disclosure documents and the law.
We provide wholesale trustee services to a diverse range of fund managers including global banks, insurance companies, pension funds and domestic fund managers. We act as trustee for funds invested in a variety of asset classes including infrastructure, real estate, equities, credit and fund of funds.
One Investment Group’s independent wholesale trustee services team can assist in the establishment of wholesale trusts, the ongoing compliance and governance responsibilities of trusts and also has experience in replacing existing trustees.
One Investment Group can also act as a Responsible Entity for registered schemes.
